For the Module 3 assignment, the minimum word count for the entire assignment is 450-600 words. There are five (5) concepts to cover within the content (3 questions/concepts that require content and citations related to the IOM Recommendations #4, #5 and #6) and two (2) concepts related to current job market and place within the future of nursing based on achieving a higher level of education

(2 questions/concepts that require content and some references to research that supports your ideas. This will require citations, as well). Again, the minimum word count for the entire assignment is 450-600 words however, it will be difficult to discuss all five (5) concepts/questions with an appropriate amount of content contained in less than 600 words. I do not deduct points for word overages.

Please utilize as many words as you need to fully discuss each concept. This is a “Reflective” essay so the use of first person is permitted. There is not a grading rubric for the Module 3 paper.
