Inhibitors of Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) are agents such as adalimumab, infliximab, and golimumab. They are a class of biological agents approved by the FDA for management of disorders such as, ulcerative colitis, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and Crohn disease, among other diseases, exacerbated by the action of TNF.
