THE PROBLEM WITH PATIENTS (with references) I got an 100% A+

Mr. Gulliver walks into the Bayside Clinic complaining of a nagging pain in his hip.
Sympathetic employees and nursing staff reassure him that they will place him in
a room and that the doctor will be in to see him shortly. However, Mr. Gulliver, though
he may have many positive traits, is not a patient man. When the nurse enters the
room to do the standard preliminary work-ups, Gulliver is short, calls the nurse impolite
names, and then begins to self diagnose himself. Sound familiar? What are nursing
staff to do when faced with unruly patients and patients that refuse to allow medical
personnel to do their jobs?
