Importance of nursing theory

Create a “job aid” that helps you to explain to staff the importance of theory and how it impacts or is utilized in our current healthcare world. Find a one nursing and non­ nursing theory and describe how utilizing the two can improve the delivery of care. A job aid may be anything that you think would help frontline staff to understand these concepts. It can be a flyer, a PowerPoint, a diagram.
