You have already learned about the overall goal for the Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN). It is to meet the challenge of preparing future nurses who will have the knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSAs) necessary to continuously improve the quality and safety of the healthcare systems within which they work. Being able to understand how QSEN relates to care coordination and management of care is essential to quality and safety. Write a 3 page paper based on the criteria below. Cite 2 research articles using APA editorial format. Articles should be no older than 5 years (between 2011-2016). Use the rubric below for the assignment requirements.
