Fill out the Emotional Intelligence from this module’s reading assignment. For this discussion, fill out the Emotional Intelligence checklist rating yourself from 1—always; 2—frequently; 3—sometimes, 4—rarely, & 5—never. Use self-reflection and answer honestly. Pick (2) criteria out of each of the four domains of emotional intelligence you think you excel in (ratings from 1-2) and explain how these characteristics will help you in developing relationships in your nursing profession. Pick (1) criteria out of each of the four domains that you do not excel in (ratings 3-5) and identify ways to change these characteristics into ones you may excel in with behavior modifications. Please make an initial post by Monday midnight  with  substantial details that demonstrate an understanding of the concepts, and critical thinking.
