Determine an area in a clinical setting to study that focuses on an issue with quality or safety. B. Consult a minimum of 5 peer-reviewed journal articles and provide APA citations. C. Apply leadership theories and management principles to find possible resolution(s) for the case management issue you chose to focus on. D.
