In continuing with the development of your concept paper, you will now construct a framework to assist you in your program planning efforts. Using the PRECEDE-PROCEED model described on pages 47-57 of the textbook as a guide, assign a set of evaluation tasks to frame your concept paper.

Keep in mind the purpose of your chosen program initiative when developing your framework. You are encouraged to do an Internet search for examples of public health program planning models. (Please use these as examples only. Do not plagiarize from these examples.)

Make sure you present your framework so anyone within your fictional organization could pick up where you left off. Your document should be at least one page, Times New Roman 12 pt. font, and use APA style.
