 Compile an Annotated Bibliography of websites related to Health and Wellness. Include websites only (no articles or books) that you could refer your patients/clients to for healthcare information. Make sure the websites are reliable sites.  The annotations should briefly describe the website’s purpose, type of information provided, and availability of languages other than English. The websites should be related to health and wellness programs, services, information, education, or public service announcements. Requirements The Annotated bibliography should be 1–2 pages and include 3–5 websites.
